Over the past year we have been hard at work building our not for profit charitable enterprise, assembling our Board of Directors, engaging subject matter experts, and raising awareness regarding our intent to provides free custom fit prosthetics to individuals in need and to provide S.T.E.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) aligned job skills training for skills challenged young adults.
This year, it is our goal to raise $500,000.00 to acquire a new technology lab to efficiently design, manufacture, and distribute free prosthetic devices to over 1,000 children while also providing job skills training to our first class of students. We estimate it costs roughly $1,500 per prosthetic, which is significantly below the normal base price of around $8,500 for traditional products in the medical industry and with your help we plan to cut the cost of providing these life enhancing devices to under $750 per piece distributed.
